NayassZero tolerance for child abuse and exploitation
Nayass prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) everywhere on the service, including profiles, posts, videos, comments, messages, group names, and covers. Prohibited conduct includes grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and creating, possessing, promoting, linking to, or distributing child sexual abuse material, including manipulated or synthetic representations. A private message or group is not an exception.
Age eligibility
Nayass is intended for users aged 16 or older. An age declaration is not proof that another person is an adult. If an account appears underage, report it through Support with its username or profile link. Never ask a person to send identity documents or intimate content to prove their age.
Report a concern
Use the in-app Report menu on a profile, post, or message, or the public Support form at nayass.com/support/ with the subject Child safety. Include the Nayass link or username, what happened, and a reachable email if follow-up is needed. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected illegal child imagery. If someone is in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services.
Safety response
Reported child-safety concerns must receive priority review by authorized staff. Nayass removes access to confirmed prohibited content, restricts implicated accounts, and preserves and reports information to the appropriate authorities or reporting organization when legally required. Access to evidence must be limited to authorized personnel and handled securely. Do not independently investigate suspected offenders or circulate evidence among users.
Controls and contact
Users can block accounts, report messages and content, and leave or mute conversations where available. Group administrators must not enable abuse or prevent good-faith reporting. For a child-safety concern that cannot be reported in place, contact Nayass Support and clearly identify it as a child-safety issue. These standards apply even though Nayass does not permit children under 16 to register.
