Upload or share material only when you own the relevant rights, have permission, or have another lawful basis. Attribution alone does not necessarily grant permission. Nayass may remove infringing content and restrict accounts involved in repeated violations.
Report a copyright concern
Use the Support form with the subject Copyright. Identify the work you believe is infringed, provide the exact Nayass URLs involved, explain your ownership or authority to act, and supply a contact email. State that your report is accurate and made in good faith. Do not send passwords or identity documents through the form.
Review and disputes
We may request additional information and contact the affected user as necessary to assess the report. If your content was removed by mistake or you have authorization, contact Support with the relevant content URL, request reference, and explanation. This process does not replace any formal legal procedure or statutory rights that apply to you.
Formal notices where applicable
A formal infringement notice should include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the protected work or a representative list; the exact Nayass location of the material and enough information to locate it; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the challenged use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or law; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the owner. Do not submit a knowingly false notice. A report alone does not determine whether a use is infringing; exceptions such as fair use may apply.
Counter-notices and repeat infringement
If material was removed following a formal copyright notice, you may ask Support about the applicable counter-notice procedure. Where the US DMCA applies, a valid counter-notice generally requires a signature, identification and prior location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief in mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and the required consent to federal court jurisdiction and service of process. Counter-notices may be forwarded to the complainant and may disclose those details. Statutory timing and any court action govern restoration where applicable. Nayass may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances; this policy does not claim that Nayass has qualified for any statutory safe harbor.
