Nayass is built around the values of the Orthodox Jewish community. Contributors must follow the published Community Guidelines. This describes our intended community and content standards; it is not a promise that every item is suitable for every person or a claim of independent rabbinical certification.
Report the specific issue
Use the Report menu on a post, message or profile where available. Include the relevant Nayass link and enough context to explain the issue. If you cannot access those controls, use Support. Do not send suspected illegal child imagery or unnecessary private information.
Block, mute and manage contact
Use blocking for unwanted contact and muting to reduce what you see or hear from an account or conversation. Review chat permissions and group membership. These controls cannot remove copies someone has already received.
Review and appeals
Nayass may review content before or after publication and apply account or feature restrictions. Moderation is not infallible. Use the available appeal controls or Support to request review of a decision; include the affected account or content reference and a clear explanation.
Age and child safety
Nayass is intended for people aged 16 or older. Sexual exploitation, grooming and abuse are prohibited. Our Child Safety Standards explain reporting and enforcement. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Nayass is not an emergency service.
Protect your account
Keep recovery information current, use a strong unique password where applicable and review device sessions. Never share verification codes. Contact Support promptly about suspected compromise; do not post security details publicly.
