NayassAgreement and scope
These Terms are an agreement between you and Israel Itzkowitz, an individual based in the United States operating Nayass. They govern your use of the Nayass website and Android and iOS apps, including profiles, feeds, posts, videos, comments, chats, and groups. Contact the operator at support@nayass.com or nayass.com/support. When you select the agreement checkbox and continue, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. We record the accepted policy version and time for your account. Do not create an account or contribute content if you do not agree. Privacy rights, account export, and account deletion remain available without accepting a later policy revision.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use and accept these terms as required by local law. Do not misrepresent your age, location, identity, or authority. Nayass is not intended for children under 16. Report an apparently underage account through Support. Access may be restricted where providing the service would be unlawful.
Account access and security
Provide accurate registration and recovery information, keep it current, and protect your passwords and verification codes. Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not sell or transfer an account without permission, impersonate someone, share credentials to evade restrictions, or access another person’s private information. Contact Support promptly if you believe your account is compromised. We may request proportionate verification before processing sensitive account requests. You are responsible for activity you authorize, subject to applicable law.
Permission to use Nayass
Subject to these terms, you may use Nayass for its intended features. Nayass and its licensors retain their rights in the app, branding, software, designs, and licensed assets. Third-party open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses, available in the app’s acknowledgements and project notices. You do not receive a license to redistribute a proprietary icon library or other licensed source assets merely by using Nayass.
Content ownership and service license
You keep the rights you hold in the content you submit. You grant the Nayass operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute to your chosen audiences, and make technical adaptations of that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service’s delivery of your content. This includes creating thumbnails and playback formats and using contracted service providers for these purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize selling your content as a standalone product. It ends when the content is removed from our systems, except for permitted retention, backups, legal preservation, and copies or shares other users already made.
Rights and permissions for uploads
Submit only material you own or have a lawful right to use and share. Obtain necessary permissions from identifiable people and owners of music, video, photographs, trademarks, and other protected material. Attribution is not a substitute for permission. Do not post someone’s confidential information or intimate imagery without valid consent. You are responsible for the legality of your contributions and for required disclosures such as paid promotions or material relationships. Do not claim a relationship with Nayass that does not exist.
Prohibited conduct
The Community Guidelines apply to every surface, including private messages, group names, covers, and profiles. Do not facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, trafficking, terrorism, violence, harassment, hateful attacks, sexual exploitation, fraud, unlawful sales, or other illegal activity. Do not share malware, steal credentials, spam, manipulate engagement, submit abusive reports, scrape private data, bypass rate limits or access controls, or evade suspensions. Do not probe or disrupt systems without authorization. Lawful security reports can be submitted through Support.
Creators, badges, and groups
Posting, creator, moderation, and group-management permissions are separate from account ownership and may require approval. A badge or creator permission is not a guarantee that a person is trustworthy or that their statements are accurate. Group administrators must use their controls responsibly and respect participant consent and rights. Group membership may change, and members may retain copies of material they received. Private chats and groups are not end-to-end encrypted.
Review, moderation, and appeals
We may review content before or after publication, use automated controls, and restrict reach, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people and systems, comply with law, or address serious risk. Moderation cannot guarantee that all harmful material is detected or that all decisions are correct. We provide reasons and opportunities for review where appropriate and legally required, subject to security, confidentiality, and legal limits. Use available appeal controls or Support to challenge a decision. Do not re-upload removed material to evade a decision.
Reports and urgent safety issues
Use the report menu on content, messages, or profiles, or contact Support with the relevant Nayass link and a concise description. Use blocking, muting, and conversation controls to manage contact. Do not attach suspected illegal child imagery to reports. Nayass is not an emergency service; contact appropriate emergency services if someone faces immediate danger. Deliberately false or abusive reports may lead to restrictions, without limiting good-faith reporting.
Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains processing of account, content, device, security, and support information. Device permissions and notification settings control optional features. We may send essential account, safety, or service communications; optional notifications can be changed in settings. Marketing consent, when required, is separate from accepting these terms. Do not include information in a post or chat that you are not prepared for its recipients to retain or share.
External links and third parties
Nayass may display user-provided links or media delivered by external providers. Those providers operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we do not control external services, their availability, or the transactions you choose to make with them. Any app-store terms apply separately to your use of the relevant store.
Charges and future paid features
An account or creator designation alone does not create an entitlement to payment or revenue sharing. Any future paid feature, subscription, or creator-payment program must present its price, billing terms, eligibility, cancellation rights, and any additional agreement before purchase or enrollment. Do not assume that a displayed feature or content label authorizes an off-platform payment. Your network or mobile provider may charge for data or verification messages.
Service changes and testing
We may change features and reasonable usage limits, correct errors, or discontinue a feature, with notice when required by law or appropriate to the impact. Internal-testing builds can contain defects and may be replaced or withdrawn. Keep copies of content that matters to you. We do not promise uninterrupted service, indefinite storage, a particular audience, business results, or compatibility with every device.
Ending use and deleting an account
You can stop using Nayass and request deletion in Settings, Account, Delete account, or at nayass.com/support/account-deletion/. Identity verification protects against unauthorized deletion. Deactivation is different from permanent deletion. Following a verified deletion request, account access and visibility are restricted and associated data is removed through background processing, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy. Copies held by other people or external services may remain. Restrictions do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nayass is provided as available without additional warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of user content. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional wrongdoing, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion. Each party remains responsible as applicable law provides for its conduct. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of all claims or eliminate your statutory remedies.
Resolving concerns and applicable rights
Contact Support first when practical so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, reporting unlawful conduct, or bringing a claim in a court available under applicable law. Mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside remain applicable where required. These terms do not require private arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Changes to these terms
The effective date identifies this revision. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or other appropriate means and seek renewed acceptance before contributions when necessary. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued rights. If you disagree, you can export your information, request deletion, and stop using the service.
General provisions and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement to evade obligations. A change of operator or business transfer will remain subject to applicable law and appropriate notices.
